  1. How much does it cost to rent a theme set?
    Our rentals start as low as $225.00 for a full day.
  2. How long is a full day?
    7 Hours. We will arrive to set up between 11 am and 1 pm and return to take it down between 6pm and 8pm, exact times depends on our delivery schedule.
  3. Can I arrange for different set up and take down times?
    In order you provide clients with the best service possible with delivery consistency, the listed delivery times will ensure prompt delivery and availability of theme unit’s. You can arrange from three different time slots, 11am, 12pm, and 1pm-accordingly pick up will be at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm.
  4. Do I have to set up theme set?
    No, due to safety concerns, we set up and take down every rental because of structural concerns and equipment set-up. This also allows us an opportunity to review the rules and regulations regarding the operation of the unit. SAFETY FIRST!
  5. Are your units clean?
    Our theme units are cleaned and sanitized with anti-bacterial solutions before and after every rental.

  6. How much space do the theme units require?
    Size varies from theme unit to theme unit; however, standard coverage area is 15' x 15'.
  7. How much room do I need to set up?
    A 20' x 20' area that is level, clear of any rocks, sticks, roots, etc. Also, if you have in-ground sprinkler system, make sure it is turned off and the sprinkler heads are not engaged as this could pose a hazard!
  8. Are theme units available for out-door use only?
    No! With adequate space a theme unit can be used indoors, certain safety percautions must be addressed but this would provide an interactive experience despite outdoor weather conditions. Please enquire about our indoor theme unit prior to placing a reservation
  9. We live in an apartment/townhouse and don't have a yard large enough, how can we still have a party for our child?
    It is true many apartments/townhouses don't provide a lot of room for a theme unit rental.  Because ample space is needed for children to play around, confined spaces would limit the interaction. However, there are alternatives. Some potential ideas include using a relative’s house for the party ….use apartment/townhouses recreation facilities....for communions and other church related events, look into using church recreational grounds....combine parties with your child's friend that has a birthday close to your child's and a bigger yard of course.
  10. How many kids can safely play at once?
    Depends on the size of the theme unit, because the theme set are stationed in an open arena, the population is infinite, but small groups are encouraged to play at a time to allow everyone the best possible experience.
  11. How do the theme sets stay powered?
    Using a silent portable power source that must stay on the entire time the theme unit is active. The diameter of the power generator is no larger than a small traveling bag, placed discreetly within the theme sets, leavening no loose wires exposed, with a built in cooling fan, and anti-shortage shut-off switch. This is a very important safety feature whenever considering a rental

    Don’t let that stop you! You don’t need electrical power source or need to rent a power generator; we provide the power with every rental, no additional charge required.
  13. Can we set up the theme set on concrete or asphalt?
    No, for safety reasons we require the theme units be placed on a level, grassy area.
    Never-the-less PaLoozA will address these issues and offer solutions when growth is evident.
  14. How do you keep the theme units stationary, and from falling over?
    The theme units come in sections, once connected they become slightly heavy, but not excessive-some theme units weighing as little as twenty-five pounds. For added security stakes will be driven into the ground, tying down each individual theme unit section down-ensuring stability. While these stakes do not go deep enough to hit utility lines, please let us know if we will be setting up near items such as drainage lines or sprinkler lines.
  15. Can I cancel my reservation?
    Yes, we realize unexpected incidents can occur cancellations can be made and a refund will be issued if done in a timely manner. Deposit percentage reimburses are as follow; 72 hour notice/100% deposit, 48 hour notice/50% deposit and 24 hour notice/0% deposit. Please contact PaLoozA if you consider cancelling to receive a refund, once the grace period is active there will be no exceptions.

  16. What if it is windy or rainy on the day of my reservation?
    If the local forecast is calling for high winds, rain, lightning and or thundershowers the morning of your reservation, we will contact you via phone to enquire about an indoor facility, reschedule you for a future engagement or provide 100% refund of your deposit. Weather cancellations are determined on the morning of the rental. Reschedules are based on availability. PaLoozA reserves the right to cancel a rental and provide a full refund of your deposit if rain, high wind, lightning and or thundershowers are inevitable as this could pose a serious hazard, SAFETY FIRST!.
  17. What do I do in the event that we receive unexpected rain or high winds during our rental?
    This is a valid concern. It is important to remember that the theme unit is powered by electricity and that electricity and water don't mix. Every effort will be taken not to rent theme unit outdoors in these conditions, but if rain is unexpectedly encountered, ask everyone to calmly and quickly evacuate the theme units. Once evacuated an adult must turn off the power generator, roll it to an area where it doesn't come in contact with water and dry it with a dry cloth ensuring no water is evident in or around equipment and AC outlets. DO NOT USE THE THEME UNITS IN RAIN, HIGH WINDS, LIGHTNING, ETC! DON’T ATTEMPT TO MOVE THE THEME UNIT INDOORS! Once the weather has passed, an adult must dry the theme unit, ensure no moisture is evident on electrical equipment, and turn on the power generator, only then can the theme unit be utilized again.
  18. What do we do if there is an emergency?
    In case of an emergency, have everyone evacuate the theme unit calmly and quickly, contact PaLoozA's at (702) 345-4114 or contact Aaron at (702) 465-5683 immediately
  19. What are my responsibilities as the renter of the theme set?
    Our contract requires that an adult over the age of 21 be home when the theme unit is setup. We will review the features of the unit with this individual, as well as address safety concerns, rules and regulations; additionally we will review our emergency procedures with this individual. An adult over the age of 21 MUST supervise the theme unit while on the premises. This person is responsible for the safety of the children and care of the theme units and equipment while enforcing ALL safety rules and regulations are followed.
  20. Can you provide an attendant with our rental?
    Not yet! Due to a limited staff we cannot provide supervised attendants. Eventually Animated Attendants Services will be added, freeing you from having to worry about whom is supervising the theme units while elaborating on the theme units cast of characters.
  21. How safe are theme sets?
    So long as the safety rules and regulations are followed the theme units are safe. In fact, accidents arise as a direct result of the renters not following safety rules and regulations.

  22. How do I reserve a unit?
    Visit our website, browse through our inventory, and determine what theme unit accommodates your special event (upon availability). You may submit a request on our ConTac-T-PaLoozA page via email or via phone at (702) 354-4114. We will instruct you on how to confirm your reservation.
  23. How much of a deposit is required to confirm a reservation?
    We require that you provide a minimum deposit of $100.00 using a Visa, Master Card, and or Debit Card, (sorry no cash deposits). 100% of the rental fee may be paid up front if you wish
  24. How can I pay for the unit?
    For accounting regulation purposes theme units needs to be placed on a credit card. Balance is due in full at the time of setup, using the same credit card (if you wish), or cash (sorry no personal checks). An On-Site Facilities Manger will collect final balance due, and offer you a receipt prior to evacuating the premises after set-up.
  25. What is you service coverage area?

    We primarily service Mesquite and Bunkerville NV area. Additional service coverage area will be added encompassing Virgin Valley which includes Riverside NV; Beaver Dam, Little Field, Scenic and Desert Springs AZ. Certain stipulations would include how far the company is willing to travel for start-up service coverage area, in any case PaLoozA will address these issues and offer solutions when growth is evident.
